Kosmos Energy to repay commercial debt facility with note proceeds

Norfolk, Va., July 18 – Kosmos Energy Ltd. said it will repay a portion of the outstanding debt under its commercial debt facility with the proceeds from a senior notes offering, according to a press release.

Kosmos is an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Hamilton, Bermuda, with an office in Dallas.
