India's Amtek India to consider issuing debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., April 23 - Amtek India Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider plans to issue debentures at a board of directors meeting on April 30.

New Delhi-based Amtek India manufactures automotive components.
