Los Angeles, Aug. 6 – Korea Water Resources Corp. issued $100 million of floating-rate notes due 2022, according to a notice.
SG Securities (HK) Ltd., Taipei Branch, CTBC Bank Co. Ltd., Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., President Securities Corp., SinoPac Securities Corp. and Taishin International Bank, Co., Ltd. are the lead managers and bookrunners.
Korea Water, or K-water, is a Daejeon, South Korea-based governmental agency for public and industrial water resource development.
