Korea Water selects banks to lead roadshow for dollar notes

New York, March 14 – Korea Water Resources Corp. has mandated BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB and SG CIB to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Asia and Europe starting March 19, a market source said.

The Daejeon, South Korea-based water company plans to issue a U.S. dollar-denominated green or water bond transaction (Aa2/AA) under Regulation S only, with short to intermediate maturity, subject to market conditions.
