Chicago, Feb. 3 – Korea South-East Power Co., Ltd. (Kosep) sold $300 million 2 1/8% senior notes (Aa2/AA) due 2025, according to a listing notice.
Proceeds will be used to finance new projects or to refinance existing projects associated with renewable energy, pollution prevention and control, terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity conservation and green buildings.
Lead managers for the deal are Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB and HSBC Corp. Ltd.
Kosep is a unit of Korea Electric Power Co.
