New Issue: Korea South East Power sells $300 million 10-year bonds at mid-swaps plus 47 bps

New York, May 18 - Korea South East Power Co. Ltd. sold a $300 million issue of 10-year bonds (A2/A-/A-) at a reoffer price of 99.208 to yield mid-swaps plus 47 basis points, according to a market source.
Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Credit Suisse were the lead managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S sale.
Korea South East Power is a unit of Korea Electric Power Corp.
