Korea South East Power talks $300 million 10-year notes at mid-swaps plus 47-50 bps, pricing Thursday

St. Louis, May 17 - Korea South East Power Co. Ltd. talked its $300 million offering of 10-year notes (A2/A-/A-) at a 47 to 50 basis point spread to mid-swaps on Wednesday, according to an informed source.

The offering is expected to launch and price on Thursday. The deal size will not grow.

Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Credit Suisse are leading the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The prospective issuer is a unit of Korea Electric Power.
