Korea South East Power to sell dollar-denominated 10-year bonds

New York, May 12 - Korea South East Power Co. Ltd. plans to sell an issue of dollar-denominated 10-year bonds (A2/A-), according to a market source.

Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Credit Suisse are managing the sale, which is expected to take place during the week of May 15.

According to Moody's, the size of the issue is expected to be $300 million.

Korea South East Power is a unit of Korea Electric Power Corp.
