Korea South-East Power talks $300 million senior notes at Treasuries plus 215 bps

Portland, Ore., July 11 - Korea South-East Power Ltd. talked a proposed $300 million maximum offering of 5.5-year senior notes (A1/A) at a 215 basis points spread to Treasuries on Monday, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to purchase fuels and make capital investments.

The prospective issuer is a unit of Korea Electric Power Corp.
