New Issue: Korea Resources’ Mexican unit sells $400 million 3¼% notes due 2024

Morgantown, W.Va., April 17 – Minera y Metalurgica del Boleo, SAPI de CV issued $400 million of 3¼% guaranteed notes due 2024 on Wednesday, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the lead managers and bookrunners.

The issuer is a Santa Rosalia, Mexico-based subsidiary of Korea Resources Corp., a mining company based in Seoul, South Korea.
