Concord, N.H., April 15 – Korea Resources Corp. has sold $500 million 1¾% notes due 2026, according to a listing notice.
The notes are being listed on the Singapore Exchange effective on Friday.
The Regulation S notes were sold via BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Securities plc as joint managers and bookrunners.
The mining company is based in Seoul.
