Moody's ups Korea Rail

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded Korea Rail Network Authority's issuer rating to Aa3 from A1.

The outlook is stable.

The action follows the upgrade of Korea's sovereign rating to Aa3 from A1 on Monday.
