S&P: Korea National bonds AA-

Standard & Poor’s said it assigned an AA- rating to Korea National Oil Corp.’s proposed Australian-dollar senior unsecured bonds.

The bonds are to be drawn from the company’s A$2.5 billion Australian domestic debt issuance program.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, S&P said.
