Korea National Oil sets price talk for five-, 10-year dollar notes; pricing expected Wednesday

Atlanta, Jan. 15 - Korea National Oil Corp. set talk for a two-tranche offering of five- and 10-year notes (expected ratings: A1/A+/AA-), a market source said.

Both tranches were talked at a spread in the Treasuries plus 120 basis points area.

Barclays, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Korea Development Bank and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The notes are expected to price on Wednesday.
