New Issue: Korea National Oil sells $700 million notes due 2025, 2030

Los Angeles, Oct. 5 – Korea National Oil Corp. priced $400 million 7/8% notes due 2025 and $300 million 1 5/8% notes due 2030 on Monday, according to notices.
BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Korea Development Bank and UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
Korea National Oil is an oil and gas production and exploration company based in Ulsan, South Korea.
