Moody's rates Korea National Land and Housing A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 issuer and foreign-currency senior unsecured debt ratings to Korea National Land and Housing Corp.

The outlook is stable.

The company was established as a result of the merger between Korea Land Corp. and Korea National Housing Corp.

The ratings were assigned by evaluating its business risk and competitive position compared with its peers, capital structure and financial risk and projected performance over the near to intermediate term, Moody's said.
