Korea National Housing to issue five-year floating-rate notes

New York, Nov. 10 - Korea National Housing Corp. (A3/A-) plans to issue a dollar-denominated issue of five-year floating-rate notes, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank is the lead manager for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The Seoul, Korea-based issuer is involved in housing construction and urban redevelopment.
