Korea National Housing talks benchmark five-year notes at 275 bps area

St. Louis, Sept. 2 - Korea National Housing Corp. set price talk for its benchmark sized offering of five-year notes (A2/A) in the area of a 275 basis points spread to Treasuries, according to a market source.

The roadshow was scheduled to wrap up on Wednesday.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley, Samsung Securities and UBS AG are leading the Regulation S deal.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
