Korea Midland Power $150 million seven year-notes talked at T+125 bps area

New York, April 26 - Korea Midland Power has set price guidance for its $150 million seven-year notes (A3/A-) in the area of 125 points over U.S. Treasuries, according to a market source.

Pricing could take place as soon as Tuesday, after the company finishes its roadshow in New York on Monday.

Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan are bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.
