Columbus, Ohio, April 21 – Korea Midland Power Co. Ltd. issued $300 million of 3 5/8% notes due 2027 (Aa2/AA) on Thursday, according to a listing notice.
The listing for the notes on the Singapore Exchange is expected Friday.
The issuer plans to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of maturing debt.
The issuer is based in Seoul, South Korea.
