New Issue: Korea Land & Housing sells $300 million 5/8% notes due 2023

New York, Nov. 3 – Korea Land & Housing Corp. priced $300 million three-year notes with a 5/8% coupon, according to a Singapore Stock Exchange listing notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC and J.P. Morgan Securities plc were lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes were issued on Tuesday and listing is expected to become effective on Wednesday.

The developer of land in cities is based in Jinju-si, South Korea.
