S&P affirms Korea Land

S&P said it affirmed its AA long-term issuer credit rating on Korea Land and Housing Corp.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P affirmed the AA issue rating on the company’s debt.

“We affirmed our rating on LH because we expect the company to maintain its strong competitive position as the largest property developer in Korea, and the sole government-owned entity, responsible for the stable supply of land development and public housing,” S&P said in a news release.
