S&P rates Korea Investment notes BBB

S&P said it assigned a BBB long-term foreign-currency issue rating to planned issuances of dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes by Korea Investment & Securities Co. Ltd.

The agency also gave a BBB long-term foreign-currency issue rating to the senior unsecured tranche of Korea Investment’s medium-term note program. The notes will be drawn down from the MTN program.

The outlook is stable.
