New Issue: Korea Hydro sells $300 million 2 3/8% notes due 2019 at 100 bps spread

Atlanta, Oct. 22 – Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. Ltd. printed a $300 million issue of 2 3/8% five-year notes (Aa3/A+/) on Tuesday at 99.752 to yield Treasuries plus 100 basis points, a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan and RBS Securities were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Korea Hydro is a Seoul, South Korea-based subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corp.
