Korea Hydro talks $500 million five-year notes at 160 bps-165 bps over Treasuries

Virginia Beach, Sept. 25 - Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. has set talk for its planned $500 million offering of notes due 2018 at Treasuries plus 160 basis points to 165 bps, according to a market source.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and UBS are the joint bookrunners.

Korea Hydro is a Seoul, South Korea-based subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corp.
