Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power plans dollar benchmark notes

Atlanta, Aug. 23 - Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power is planning a benchmark-sized issue of dollar-denominated notes, a market source said.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Samsung Securities are the bookrunners for the deal.

Pricing is expected in September.

Korea Hydro is a nuclear and hydroelectric plant operator based in Seoul, South Korea. The company is a subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corp.
