Korea Hydro talks five-year dollar notes in Treasuries plus 90 bps area

Concord, N.H., April 20 – Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. was talking an offering of notes due 2026 to yield in the Treasuries plus 90 basis points area, according to a market source.

The bookrunners for the notes deal (expected ratings: Aa2/AA/) are BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, JPMorgan and UBS.

Korea Hydro is a Seoul, South Korea-based subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corp. (Kepco).
