Korea Housing Finance talks $500 million covered bonds due 2018 at 100 bps-105 bps spread

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 26 - Korea Housing Finance Corp. plans to sell $500 million of covered bonds due Sept. 15, 2018 in its third cross-border covered bond offering on Tuesday, according to a syndicate source.

The bonds (Aa1) are talked to price with a spread in the 100 basis points to 105 bps area.

The offering is not expected to grow.

Nomura Securities is the bookrunner. Citigroup Global Markets and Standard Chartered Bank are joint lead managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S securities.

The housing finance company is based in Seoul, South Korea.
