Fitch: Three Korea companies to positive

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlooks to positive from stable on Korea Student Aid Foundation, Korean Housing Finance Corp. and Small Business Corp.

The agency also said it affirmed Korea Student Aid's long-term foreign-currency rating at A+ and short-term foreign-currency rating at F1, along with Korean Housing Finance's long-term foreign-currency rating at A+ and short-term foreign-currency rating at F1.

Fitch also affirmed Small Business' long-term foreign-currency rating at A+, short-term foreign-currency rating at F1, long-term local-currency rating at AA and senior unsecured bond of $400 million at A+.

The actions follow the outlook revision on Korea to positive from stable.

All three issuers' ratings are credit-linked to the sovereign, reflecting their quasi-governmental status and high probability of support, Fitch said.
