Moody's assigns Korea Housing bonds Aaa

Moody's Ratings said it assigned a definitive Aaa long-term rating to the series 2024-3 covered bonds issued by Korea Housing Finance Corp. under KHFC's $15 billion global covered bond program.

The social covered bonds are due 2029 and have a 3.124% coupon.

The outlook is stable.
