S&P rates Korea Housing notes AAA
S&P said it assigned its AAA rating to the series 2024-3 covered bonds issued by Korea Housing Finance Corp. under its $15 billion global covered bond program.
Series 2024-3 covered bonds are €500 million of fixed-rate, five-year bonds, with a hard bullet principal repayment profile.
At the same time, the agency said it affirmed the AAA rating on its outstanding series and on KHFC's $15 billion global covered bond program.
The outlook is stable.
