S&P rates KHFC notes AAA
S&P said it assigned its AAA ratings to the series 2024-1 and 2024-2 covered bonds issued by Korea Housing Finance Corp. under its $15 billion global covered bond program.
Series 2024-1 comprises CHF 200 million fixed-rate, three-year bonds, while series 2024-2 consists of CHF 150 million fixed-rate, six-year bonds. Both series have a hard bullet principal repayment profile.
Concurrently, the agency affirmed the AAA rating on the outstanding series of bonds and on KHFC's $15 billion global covered bond program.
The outlook is stable.
