S&P rates Korea Housing bonds AAA
S&P rated Korea Housing Finance Corp.’s series 2023-3 and series 2023-4 covered bonds AAA and affirmed the AAA ratings on the issuer’s outstanding covered bonds.
The series 2023-3 covered bonds are A$200 million fixed-rate, three-year bonds, while series 2023-4 comprises A$120 million floating-rate, three-year bonds, each with a hard bullet principal repayment profile.
The bonds were issued under KHFC’s $15 billion global covered bond program. S&P affirmed the AAA ratings on the program and the outstanding bonds sold under it.
The outlook is stable.
