Moody’s gives Korea Housing notes Aaa

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned definitive Aaa long-term ratings to the series 2023-1 and series 2023-2 covered bonds issued by Korea Housing Finance Corp. under KHFC's $15 billion global covered bond program.

The series 2023-1 notes are for CHF 165 million due 2026 and the series 2023-2 for CHF 100 million due 2028. Both issues are social-covered bonds.

The ratings are consistent with the agency’s ratings on KHFC’s outstanding bonds sold under the program. The outlook is stable.
