Korea Highway to start roadshow for dollar-denominated 10-year bond

New York, May 9 - Korea Highway Corp. will start a roadshow on Thursday for a proposed offering of dollar-denominated 10-year bonds (A3/A-/A), according to a market source.

The benchmark-sized issue will be structured as senior fixed-rate bonds.

The roadshow will kick off in Singapore on Thursday, London on Friday, and wrap up in New York on the following Monday.

Citigroup, JP Morgan and UBS are running the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal.

State-run Korea Highway, based in Seongnam-si, Kyonggi-do, Republic of Korea, develops, builds and maintains expressways.
