New Issue: Korea Gas sells $500 million of 2 7/8% senior notes due 2029

Olympia, Wash., July 16 – Korea Gas Corp. sold $500 million of 2 7/8% senior notes due 2029, according to a listing notice.

BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch International, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Korea Development Bank and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Korea Gas is a natural gas company based in Daegu, South Korea.
