Korea Gas talks €500 million 51/2-year notes at mid-swaps plus 105 bps area; pricing Tuesday

Atlanta, Oct. 8 - Korea Gas Corp. set talk at the mid-swaps plus 105 basis points area for its upcoming €500 million issue of 51/2-year notes (expected ratings: A1/A+/AA-), a market source said.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and UBS are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The notes - due April 15, 2019 - are expected to price on Tuesday.

As of Tuesday morning the books were in excess of €2 billion.

Korea Gas is a public natural gas company incorporated by the Korean government.
