New Issue: Korea Gas prices $750 million 6¼% notes due 2042 to yield Treasuries plus 345 bps

Atlanta, Jan. 12 - Korea Gas Corp. priced a $750 million issue of 6¼% notes due Jan. 20, 2042 (A1/A/A+) at 98.063 to yield Treasuries plus 345 basis points, a market source said.
The notes priced below talk, which was set at Treasuries plus 350 bps to 362.5 bps.
Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Korea Gas is a natural gas company based in Seongnam, South Korea.
