Korea Expressway sets final talk for $500 million three-year notes; pricing expected Tuesday

Atlanta, April 22 - Korea Expressway Corp. gave guidance of Treasuries plus 80 basis points to 85 bps for its $500 million offering of three-year notes (expected ratings: A1/A+/), a market source said.

The notes are expected to price on Tuesday.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Nomura Securities are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Korea Expressway runs the toll roads in South Korea.
