Korea Expressway to hold investor calls, roadshow for dollar notes

Lexington, Ky., April 25 – Korea Expressway Corp. (KEC) will start fixed income investor calls and a deal roadshow starting April 29 for a proposed Rule 144A and Regulation S dollar-denominated senior note offering (Aa2/AA), according to information from a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho and Societe Generale are leading the sale.

The expressway construction and maintenance company is based in Gimcheon, South Korea.
