Moody's rates Korea Expressway notes Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 rating to Korea Expressway Corp.’s planned dollar-denominated notes.

The notes will be issued under KEC's $3.5 billion global medium-term note program, which is rated (P)Aa2.

KEC is expected to use the proceeds to finance or refinance new or existing eligible green and social projects.

The outlook is stable.
