Korea Exchange Bank mandates six leads for roadshow ending June 1

Atlanta, May 24 - Korea Exchange Bank has mandated Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, HSBC, ING, KEB Asia Finance and Morgan Stanley as bookrunners for a roadshow starting May 28, a market source said.

The marketing trip will travel to Hong Kong, Singapore, Los Angeles and London before concluding in Boston on June 1.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S offering may follow.

Korea Exchange Bank is based in Seoul, South Korea.
