New Issue: Kepco prices $500 million 2½% five-year bonds

New York, June 24 – Korea Electric Power Corp. (Kepco) priced $500 million of 2½% five-year bonds, according to a regulatory notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB and Merrill Lynch International were lead managers and bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Kepco is a Seoul-based power provider.
