Korea East-West Power talks five-year dollar notes at Treasuries plus 145 bps area

Atlanta, Nov 21 - Korea East-West Power Co. Ltd. set talk at the Treasuries plus 145 basis points area for its planned dollar-denominated and benchmark-sized offering of five-year notes (expected ratings: A1/A+/), a market source said.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, HSBC and UBS are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

The issuer is an electricity generator and supplier based in Seoul, South Korea.
