Korea East-West Power's $200 to $300 million seven-year notes talked at swaps plus 75 bps

New York, April 13 -Korea East-West Power Corp has set price guidance for its $200 to $300 million offering of seven-year notes (A3/A-) at a spread of 75 basis points over U.S. interest rate swaps, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected to take place after the completion of the roadshow in Boston on Wednesday.

The subscription currently stands at $300 million.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Barclays Capital and Samsung Securities are running the Rule 144A/Regulation S deal for the Seoul-based power utility.
