Korea’s Doosan Infracore to price $300 million of three-year notes

New York, Nov. 12 – Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. launched $300 million of three-year senior notes (expected ratings: Aa2) under Regulation S on Tuesday with final terms expected to be set later in the day, according to a syndicate source.

The notes are guaranteed by the Korea Development Bank, which is a joint bookrunner of the transaction along with joint bookrunners HSBC and Societe Generale.

The proceeds of the notes will be used to repay outstanding debt and for other general corporate purposes. They will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Doosan is a lender based in Seoul, South Korea.
