Moody’s rates Korean Air notes Aa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa2 rating to Korean Air Lines’ planned dollar-denominated senior notes, which will be guaranteed by the Korea Development Bank.

Since the notes are guaranteed by the Korea Development Bank, they carry its Aa2 rating, the agency said.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
