Korea Development Bank to issue dual tranches of dollar notes

New York, Feb. 12 – Korea Development Bank is planning to issue two tranches of dollar-denominated notes, according to a company filing.

BofA Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs International, Mirae Asset Daewoo, Mizuho Securities and Society Generale CIB are joint bookrunners and lead managers of the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.

The prospective issuer is a Seoul, South Korea-based commercial lender.

Proceeds will be used for general operations.
