Korea Development Bank plans to issue dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, Sept. 9 – Korea Development Bank is planning to issue dollar-denominated notes with seven bookrunners, according to a company filing.
BNP Paribas, BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole CIB, JPMorgan, KDB Asia, Standard Chartered Bank and UBS are the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered offering.
The proceeds will be used for general operations.
