Korea Development Bank talks dollar five-year notes at low-80 bps area over Treasuries

Atlanta, May 11 – Korea Development Bank set talk in the Treasuries plus low-80 basis points area for a dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in five years (expected ratings: Aa3/A+/AA-), a market source said.

Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, KDB Asia and Societe Generale are the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.

The notes are expected to price on Monday.
